Niranjan Minase
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Niranjan is a Chartered Accountant and technology entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in software development and digital transformation. He founded Agronet Software Pvt. Ltd. in 1999, pioneering digital media and job platforms in agriculture. Over the years, he has managed IT operations for North American firms and led numerous system-design and process-automation projects. His recent work includes technology assessments for Canadian agribusinesses and digital solutions for community networks.
Joe Dales
DirectorJoe brings more than 40 years of leadership in the agriculture industry. He co-founded AgCareers.com in 1997 and Farms.com Ltd. in 1998—now recognized as global leaders in ag media and digital solutions. In 2019, he launched RHA Ventures Inc. (formerly RH Accelerator), investing in over 35 agri-food innovation startups. Earlier, Joe held senior roles at Pfizer, Cyanamid Crop Protection (BASF), First Line Seeds (Monsanto), and NK Syngenta Seeds (Ciba Seeds). He focuses on helping emerging ventures grow through strategic partnerships, funding, and experienced business coaching.
