- You guarantee that you possess the full legal authorization, trademarks, and copyrights to the uploaded content and PDF documents.
- You affirm that all information is truthful, accurate, and free of malicious code, deceptive claims, or defamatory statement structures.
- The editorial board reserves the absolute, unilateral right to review, audit, hold, or reject any submission that fails to satisfy our B2B quality standards.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design system schemas, layouts, algorithms, search structures, databases, and trademarks appearing on DairyThinkTank.com are the exclusive intellectual property of DairyThinkTank Global Media. Any unauthorized scraping, mirroring, or reverse-engineering of directory databases is strictly prohibited.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall DairyThinkTank Global Media, its directors, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the directory, news feeds, press releases, or any connection failures of third-party systems.
